apk66d may permanently close your Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation. Upon termination for cause, any Funds derived from or connected to the breach may be forfeited. Legitimate Funds unconnected to the breach will be returned to your registered payment account following the completion of any required investigation and KYC re-verification.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting apk66d's support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be completed, and your remaining balance will be transferred to your registered payment account.
